Adina Chermside Brisbane has opened its doors, offering 148 rooms comprising studio rooms and one-bedroom apartments with kitchen and laundry facilities. The apartment hotel is located in central Chermside, near Westfield Chermside, several hospitals, and within easy driving distance of Brisbane Airport, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre at Boondall, and the city.
Developed by Limitless Developments and operated by TFE Hotels, the property was designed by WMK Architecture. The building features contemporary screening elements, expansive windows with views toward the Brisbane skyline, and greenery integrated throughout the podium and façade.
Amenities include an all-day café and bar, gym, meeting spaces, and undercover parking. Shared spaces are designed to flow from the lobby lounge and café/bar through to meeting areas and accommodation levels.
The interiors draw inspiration from the nearby Chermside Hills Reserve, featuring soft, nature-inspired tones, generous glazing, operable windows, and layered textures. The hotel showcases a curated collection of works from local photographer and filmmaker Sam Thies’ coffee-table book BUSH, which depicts regional and outback Queensland landscapes and communities.
The official launch date for Adina Chermside Brisbane is 26 May 2026. To celebrate the opening, a Shop, Stay and Play package is available for stays until 31 July 2026. The package includes a 15% discount on rooms, a $50 Westfield voucher for the first one hundred guests who book directly via TFE Hotels’ website or Central Reservations, a bottle of wine, and noon check-out. Room rates start from $211. Conditions apply.
Adina Chermside Brisbane is positioned for guests seeking accommodation in Brisbane’s northern corridor, with proximity to shopping, healthcare, and entertainment venues.
