U.S. hotel performance improved in April 2026, with year-over-year gains in key metrics, according to CoStar.
Occupancy reached 64.9%, up 1.6% from April 2025. Average daily rate (ADR) increased 2.8% to $165.90, and revenue per available room (RevPAR) rose 4.4% to $107.73.
Among the Top 25 Markets, St. Louis recorded the highest increases in occupancy, up 6.2% to 67.9%, and in RevPAR, up 13.8% to $93.41. Miami posted the largest ADR gain, rising 12.5% to $283.34.
Twenty of the Top 25 Markets reported an increase in RevPAR.
