Everyone remembers their first concert, and for actress and singerRita Wilson, it was a huge one.
In a throwback Instagram post published on June 21, the Sleepless in Seattle star revealed the first show that she ever attended was none other than a Led Zeppelin performance, which took place at the famed Kia Forum, also known as the Los Angeles Forum.
“My first concert was Led Zeppelin at the Los Angeles Forum. I went with two of my girlfriends who happened to be identical twins with gorgeous red hair,” the Jingle All the Way actress wrote in the caption. “I still remember exactly what I wore.”
The photo carousel included throwback shots of Wilson in her younger years, including her iconic bikini photoshoot snap, along with posters from the concert in question. Led Zeppelin played at the Forum on June 3, 1973, and the set included a selection of the British rock band’s best hits. According toSetlist.FM, they opened the show with 1971’s “Rock and Roll” and closed with 1969’s “Thank You.”

As seen in the third slide, tickets for the 1973 concert cost between $4 and $7, and fans were shocked by surprisingly low price, calling the 1970s “the good old days.” One commenter said that the cheapest concert tickets they had seen were priced “around 17 dollars in the late ’70s.”
This week, Wilson is wrapping up her own tour, which saw the “Til You’re Home” singer play seven dates across the United States as part of her “The Sound of a Woman tour.” The tour kicked off in Boston on June 11 and concludes on June 23 in St. Louis.
“Being out on The Sound of a Woman tour keeps bringing that night back,” her Instagram post continued. “So fun to relive core memories.”
On May 1, 2026, Wilson released her sixth studio album, Sound of a Woman. Her first album, AM/FM, debuted on May 8, 2012, and the cover record saw success on the charts, landing at No. 62 on the Billboard 200.
