The portfolio includes the 157-room Crowne Plaza Madrid Centre Retiro, the neighbouring 197-room Voco Madrid Retiro, and the recently renovated 189-room Hotel Indigo Barcelona Plaza España located in the Montjuic district. The two adjoining Madrid properties share common areas and amenities, including a restaurant, 17 meeting rooms and a fitness area. Both hotels will also benefit from planned enhancements, including the addition of an outdoor pool by 2027 and an expanded F&B offering. French operator Grape Hospitality will continue operating the portfolio.

Spanish real estate investor Grupo Ramat, along with a group of private investors, has acquired the five-star, 168-room Hotel Mongibello Ibiza in Spain, from Swiss global alternative investment group Stoneweg Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Geneva-headquartered real estate investment firm Stoneweg SA, and American private equity firm Bain Capital, for an amount reported to be €60 million (€357,100 per room). The property is situated on Ibiza’s eastern coast in Santa Eulària des Riu, a 25-minute drive north of Ibiza Town and 30 minutes from the airport. The hotel includes a restaurant, bar, two meeting rooms and an outdoor swimming pool. The sellers acquired the property in 2022 and extensively refurbished and repositioned it.
