Acro Canine Crew hails from Edmonton, and they’ve been representing the city well on America’s Got Talent, enough to garner the coveted Golden Buzzer.
Before they head back to Los Angeles for the America’s Got Talent quarter-finals, Acro Canine Crew will be on stage for one unforgettable day, celebrating with the community that’s been cheering them on every step of the way.
These three performances will take place on Friday, July 31, taking over West Edmonton Mall with their incredible energy.
If you aren’t familiar with the team already, though, let me introduce you.
What is the Acro Canine Crew?
Acro Canine Crew hails from Edmonton, where Supernova Acro Studio and Jennifer Fraser‘s dogs came together to form the ultimate dog-acrobatic team.
Fraser has been training dogs for years. Currently, she holds 15 Guinness World Records and has a cast of 13 professional pooches, which make appearances across the globe. It’s honestly incredible what she’s done in over 35 years in this field.
This isn’t Fraser’s first time on America’s Got Talent, though. In 2019, she began her journey into trick training, and in 2020, she first took the stage, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter. We couldn’t have been more thrilled to see her team up with the acro studio to make a return on national television.
The team has been competing on America’s Got Talent Season 11, where they’ve seen more and more success. According to the performers, they were the first-ever dog act on AGT to get the Golden Buzzer, a high honour that gives performers the ability to bypass elimination rounds and go straight to live shows.
Now, following their success, they’ve been training in Edmonton ahead of the quarter-finals, ready to take on the competition.
Truthfully, you’re not going to see anything like this ever again come to Edmonton, especially for free. If you miss this one, there might not be a chance to check it out again (although we definitely hope there will be). Check it out while you can, and support our local stars in the upcoming fight ahead.
