Available at participating locations across Canada until Aug. 25, the limited-time menu adds Boursin®’s beloved Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese to four café favourites, giving familiar lunch staples a fresh twist.

Paris Baguette and Boursin® alike offer an elevated experience with each bite. The bakery café’s savory menu stretches beyond the usual sandwiches and salads with products including the ham and cheese croissant, pastry frank, and signature pizzettas. The new Boursin® collaboration builds on that savoury side of the menu.

The Smoked Salmon & Boursin® Garlic Cheese Croissant combines Paris Baguette’s buttery, flaky croissant layered with smoked salmon, tomato, arugula and Boursin®, creating a rich yet balanced combination.

The Boursin® Garlic Cheese Quiche is another satiating option, with tomatoes, roasted red peppers, onions and a blend of three cheeses baked into a flaky pastry crust. The creamy cheese complements the filling perfectly.

For a lighter option, the Grilled Chicken & Boursin® Garlic Cheese Salad combines arugula, grilled chicken, cucumber, grape tomatoes and house-made croutons with a balsamic dressing. The Boursin® complements the tangy dressing rounding out this great lunch option.

If you’re on the go, the Grilled Chicken & Boursin® Garlic Cheese Wrap brings together grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, mixed greens and arugula in a whole wheat tortilla. The Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese ties everything together with the fresh ingredients.
