Silvestro brings more than a decade of international hospitality experience, including roles at Hilton properties in Europe.
He joined Conrad Maldives Rangali Island from Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa in Croatia, where he served as commercial director, overseeing commercial performance, international market presence and the commercial team.
Before his role in Croatia, Silvestro was part of the leadership team at The Biltmore Mayfair, LXR Hotels & Resorts in London, contributing to the property’s pre-opening and positioning.
Silvestro’s commercial priorities include market expansion, engagement with travel advisers and trade partners, digital performance, and a data-driven approach to customer acquisition and retention.
His plans also include identifying opportunities among affluent traveler segments, increasing visibility in high-growth source markets and addressing changing guest expectations from booking through the on-island experience.
His approach will include market diversification, digital transformation and guest-focused storytelling, working with the resort’s leadership team on commercial strategy across emerging and established travel markets.
