Rockpoint and Newbond Holdings have acquired the 141-room Hotel Maren Fort Lauderdale, Curio Collection by Hilton, with financial terms not disclosed.
The transaction expands an existing relationship between the two firms that includes the acquisition of the Westin Tampa Waterside in September 2025.
Built in 2021, the 12-story hotel is located at 525 South Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard on a 0.8-acre waterfront parcel in the Fort Lauderdale Beach submarket, south of Las Olas Boulevard.
Hotel Maren has 141 guestrooms, each with views of either the ocean or the Intracoastal Waterway.
Amenities include an oceanfront pool and sun deck, multiple dining and bar options, retail offerings, meeting and social event spaces, and a fitness studio.
Rockpoint and Newbond anticipate enhancements to the hotel’s food-and-beverage offerings and public areas, as well as potential changes to the property and guest experience.
