After its cancellation by Global back in 2024, Big Brother Canada is making its return to our TV screens.

The show is being revived by Bell Media and not only can you get excited to watch, but you can also be a part of the Big Brother house, as it’s currently casting the next batch of Canadian houseguests. 

How to apply for ‘Big Brother Canada’ 

“Big Brother Canada is driven by unforgettable personalities and unexpected moments,” said Justin Stockman, VP, Global Content, Bell Media. “We can’t wait to welcome a fearless, diverse, and competitive group of Canadians to the house as we embark on this exciting new era of the franchise on CTV and Crave.”

If you think you have what it takes, applying is pretty easy. Casting will consider Canadians from coast to coast, noting that the process will include:

• Submitting a short video detailing your background, personality and why you think you have what it takes to win Big Brother Canada
• Being a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and at least 19 years of age

You’ll also be asked a series of questions about yourself, which can be found on the application. 

Interested in applying but notsuper familiar with the show? To help potential future houseguests study up, past seasons of Big Brother Canada are available to stream on Crave. 

Future seasons of Big Brother USA will also be available on Crave starting in summer 2027.

To say Big Brother is one of the world’s most beloved reality TV shows would be an understatement.

The show has been around since 1999, when it debuted in the Netherlands, and since then, the series has aired around the world in 71 different markets.
