A new Samsung Experience Store is set to open at Calgary’s CF Market Mall on May 1, 2026, according to the brand’s latest newsletter, making it the first of its kind in the city. The opening adds a major retail name to one of Calgary’s busiest shopping malls, bringing a more interactive, hands-on tech space to North Calgary.
These stores are built so that shoppers can actually try out the devices, compare features, and see how everything works together. It’s a more immersive way to shop, and a pretty exciting addition for anyone even slightly into gadgets.
What to expect at the store
Based on existing locations across Canada, the new CF Market Mall store will likely feature the latest Galaxy smartphones, laptops, tablets, and watches, all connected through Samsung’s integrated smart technology.
Shoppers will have the opportunity to test devices, compare models side by side, and explore features such as Galaxy AI tools, smart home demonstrations, and camera testing stations.
Beyond just browsing products, these stores typically offer in-person support, with staff available to help you set up your device, resolve any troubleshooting issues, and handle trade-ins, making it easier for customers to get ongoing support long after a purchase.
Select locations also offer Samsung Care services, which can help repair common issues such as screen damage or battery issues.
According to the CF Market Mall Interactive Map, the store will be located directly beside Mac Cosmetics, which is across from the Food Court.

Cf Market Mall has been steadily evolving in 2026 with several new retail and dining options. Recent additions include Monza, an Italian restaurant concept that focuses on elevated comfort dishes, as well as Kiokii, a beauty and skincare retailer known for its selection of popular Asian brands.
Super Crunch Tanghulu also recently opened, bringing a viral dessert to the mall’s food scene. I recently got the chance to try it, and it fully lives up to the hype. Its menu includes candied fruit crunch tanghulu that delivers a glass-like crunch, dirty sodas, and strawberry cups topped with different types of chocolate. It’s a super fun addition to the food court’s lineup.
