A free-to-enter vintage market with live music is coming to North Vancouver this weekend

18 August 20252 Mins Read

Who doesn’t love a good thrifting opportunity, especially at the turn of the seasons? Doing so means that you get to shop for a mix of summer and fall wear, and the upcoming Shipyards Vintage Market is the place to do it.

Hosted by pop-up legends Granville Flea and North Vancouver’s Arrival Vintage, the market will bring together some of the best vintage streetwear vendors from across Vancouver. And if you’re looking to share a bit of your own closet with the community, now is a great chance to downsize as well, as participating vendors will be buying from the public.

As you shop (and swap), you can enjoy live music spun by DJ School: The Table Tutors all day long.

In terms of what you’ll find, shoppers can expect to see all kinds of cool clothes and accessories, as well as a variety of vintage furniture and antiques.

So whether you’re on the hunt for a new fall jacket, a cool belt or vintage accessory, a rug to tie a room together, or a plant stand, you’re sure to find what you’re looking for here.

Looking for even more great finds? The Granville Flea is hosting a BACK 2 SCHOOL Vintage pop-up market on Sunday, Sept. 7, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Rest assured, you’ll have plenty of chances to shop for some great, local deals, no matter the occasion.

It’s time to roll up your sleeves and put on your thrifting caps.

The Shipyards Vintage Market will take place at Shipbuilder’s Square on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

When: Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025
Time: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: 19 Wallace Mews, North Vancouver
Cost: Free admission
