A huge custom car show with hundreds of vehicles is about to take over Calgary

Calgary car lovers, this one’s for you! The 58th Annual World of Wheels is returning March 27 to March 29, 2026, bringing hundreds of classic, custom, and jaw-dropping vehicles to the BMO Centre.

What to expect at the event

Visitors can expect to be blown away by hundreds of vehicles that look straight out of a car magazine. Throughout the show, you can find hot rods, restored classics, and motorcycles. There’s truly something to wow everyone,

One of the highlights you won’t want to miss is Vintage Alley, the space makes you feel like you’ve travelled back in time. Think polished wood interiors, shiny chrome, and car models that never go out of style.

For those who love a little action, head over to the Battle of the Techs, where top builders compete in a timed engine-building challenge, which will show off skill, speed, and creativity.

But the excitement doesn’t end there. Muscle cars will take the centre stage in a Classic Performance Shootout, while builders will compete for awards like best engine, master builder, outstanding paint, and rising star.

If celebrity sightings are your thing, head over to the Celebrity Showcase stage, which will feature The Rust Brothers, along with AZN and Farmtruck, from the show Street Outlaws.

With over 40,000+ visitors attending the show each year, it’s truly a massive celebration of the car culture in the city.
