A massive free wellness festival is taking over a Toronto park

5 September 20252 Mins Read

Toronto’s community wellness festival, WellnessTO, is back this year, bigger and better than ever. If you’re in your self-care era, this is for you. With a full day of free outdoor activities focused on health, fitness and connection, you can’t go wrong.

What to expect

The festival, which has tripled in size, takes place on Sept. 6 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

It will feature 21 coach-led classes, including Pilates, yoga, HIIT, boxing, meditation, and breathwork.

Hear from local experts who will cover topics from sex to nutrition and overall wellness. And on top of that, there will be over 40 local fitness and wellness vendors to shop from.

The fun doesn’t end there! There will also be a live DJ spinning tracks all day, a cold plunge station, live canvas painting, and a 10km and 20km community run starting at 9:15 a.m.

WellnessTO was founded by David Moskowitz as a platform to connect small fitness and wellness businesses in the city and offer the public free, accessible opportunities to try classes and explore community resources.

Organizers hope to raise $2,500 for the Daily Bread Food Bank, extending the festival’s focus on wellness into the wider community.

All activities are free and open to the public, and pre-registration is required for classes and workshops through the festival’s website. It’s all happening down at Victoria Memorial Park.

Don’t miss out!

When: Sept. 6, 2025
Time:
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Victoria Memorial Park, 10 Niagara St.
Cost: Free
