The Field of Screams is K3 Corn Maze and Family Farm’s annual Halloween experience east of Edmonton, and it’s back for its sixth annual event with spooky scare actors hidden around every corner.
For the past few years, this local family farm has been holding its own frightening corn maze event during Halloween season. Field of Screams takes over the corn maze, turning the experience into an exciting, terrifying event complete with scare actors, bonfires, and more.
If you’re looking for a quick scare this fall, the Field of Screams is going to come to deliver.
What to know before attending the Field of Screams
K3 Corn Maze and Family Farm’s annual event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 24, and Friday, Oct. 30, with visitors welcome to explore from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m.
The main attraction is the terrifying corn maze, featuring different frights and scare actors around each and every corner. In addition to the maze, there will also be bonfires, as well as hot food and drinks available for purchase. On Instagram, the farm said more details would be available soon on its website.
According to the farm’s website, guests should dress warmly and wear old footwear. They also note that this event is not suited for younger children, guests with epilepsy or heart conditions, and those who are pregnant.
If you’re more interested in the typical corn maze and fall fun, don’t worry. The farm will be open on weekends until the end of October. During regular farm days, you can still check out the corn maze, as well as the farm animals, bale pile jump, pedal carts, and so much more.
How much are tickets?
Tickets are $12 per person and will be available at the gate in person. At the event itself, cash, debit, and credit are all accepted forms of payment. On regular non-event farm days, you can get tickets (which include everything but the Wagon Train Ride and Wild West Shootout) for $15.
For those ready to muster the courage and enter the corn maze, be prepared for the thrill of a lifetime. With some friends by your side, and a snack awaiting you afterward, this exciting Halloween event might just make the season.
