Abu Dhabi’s hotel industry reported its highest June occupancy and revenue per available room (RevPAR) since 2009, according to preliminary data from CoStar. The increase is attributed to elevated performance during Eid al-Adha.
June 2025 Year-over-Year Performance:
– Occupancy: 71.9% (an increase of 5.0%)
– Average Daily Rate (ADR): AED496.78 (an increase of 10.1%)
– Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR): AED357.10 (an increase of 15.5%)
The market’s ADR reached its highest level for June since 2010. On Sunday, June 6, occupancy peaked at 91.5%, marking the only night in June when occupancy exceeded 90%. This night also saw RevPAR reach a monthly high of AED602.47. The highest ADR was recorded the following night, June 7, at AED663.71.
