Accor has announced the launch of its ALL Accor app within ChatGPT, allowing users to search for Accor hotels, specify destination, dates, and guest details, view both public and ALL loyalty-member rates, and access property information such as room types, amenities, and location. When users are ready to book, they are redirected to the ALL Accor booking platform to complete their reservation.
The ALL Accor app in ChatGPT is available in more than 20 languages and can be accessed in countries where ChatGPT apps are supported. This new functionality is designed specifically for ChatGPT and is distinct from the existing ALL Accor mobile app.
The integration enables travelers to interact with the ALL Accor platform via natural language, allowing them to search for and retrieve information about Accor hotels directly within ChatGPT. Users can view both public rates and rates available to ALL loyalty program members. Property information accessible through the app includes details on room types, amenities, and location.
