Accor has launched a new campaign featuring Kylian Mbappé as part of its ALL Accor booking platform and loyalty program.

Accor has introduced a new marketing campaign, “Don’t be a Guest, be a Guest Star,” featuring soccer player Kylian Mbappé. The campaign is part of Accor’s ALL Accor booking platform and loyalty program, which claims over 100 million members globally. The initiative aims to highlight the program’s focus on providing personalized service to all guests.

The campaign was developed in collaboration with the Ogilvy agency and includes a film showcasing Mbappé arriving at a hotel alongside other guests. The narrative emphasizes that ALL Accor treats every guest with the same level of attention and service, regardless of their status. The campaign spans several of Accor’s brands, including Sofitel, Fairmont, Rixos, ibis, and Novotel, and aims to offer a hospitality experience that includes privacy, exclusive excursions, and tailored services.

The campaign will launch on June 12, 2025, across key markets such as France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Brazil, and China. It will be part of a comprehensive marketing strategy, including social media, video-on-demand advertising, and digital out-of-home placements in airports. Additionally, the campaign will feature influencer activation, with selected content creators gaining exclusive access to behind-the-scenes content and personalized experiences.

This campaign marks the continuation of a partnership between Accor and Mbappé, which began in July 2024.
