The AI Hospitality Alliance (AIHA) today announced its inaugural group of Founding Partners, bringing together leading hospitality technology companies and an academic institution committed to advancing responsible AI adoption across the global hospitality industry.

The founding partners represent a broad cross-section of hospitality ecosystem – including commercial platforms, property management systems, revenue optimization, digital marketing, AI infrastructure, operations technology, guest experience, booking technology, distribution, and higher education – reflecting the industry’s shared recognition that collaboration will be essential as artificial intelligence reshapes hospitality.

“We founded AI Hospitality Alliance because no single company, hotel brand, or technology provider can solve the industry’s AI challenges alone,” said Ira Vouk, Founder of AI Hospitality Alliance.

“Artificial intelligence is changing every aspect of hospitality – from guest discovery and booking to operations, revenue management, and the employee experience. The companies joining us as Founding Partners recognize that some of the most important work ahead (education, technical interoperability, governance, and industry standards) must be developed collaboratively for the benefit of the entire hospitality ecosystem.”

The Alliance serves as a neutral industry collaboration focused on accelerating responsible AI adoption through education, best practices, technical guidance, research, and open industry dialogue. Earlier this month, AIHA published The AI Hospitality Alliance Declaration, a public statement of its mission, vision, and transparent 12-month roadmap, outlining five strategic workstreams that will guide its efforts:

  • Agentic Direct Booking & Commerce

  • Standards & Technical Guidelines

  • Governance & Responsible AI

  • Thought Leadership & Education

  • Events & Industry Collaboration

The Declaration serves as a living framework that will continue to evolve through collaboration with members, advisory board, committees, partners, and the broader hospitality community, reinforcing the Alliance’s commitment to transparency and industry-wide participation.

The inaugural Founding Partners are:
