Delia Osegueda has been appointed Vice President of Global Partnerships at AIC Hotel Group, overseeing international partnership strategy and development.
AIC Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Delia Osegueda as Vice President of Global Partnerships. In this newly assigned role, Osegueda will lead the company’s partnership initiatives across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
Osegueda’s responsibilities include developing and executing strategies with tour operators and other partners in multiple regions and source markets. She will oversee existing relationships and identify new partnership opportunities. Her role also includes negotiating agreements and leading teams focused on increasing revenue as the company expands into new markets.
The appointment comes as AIC Hotel Group continues its expansion into locations such as Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, with the launches of brands including UNICO and DOMA. Osegueda will report to Kevin Hernandez, Vice President of Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce. Reporting to Osegueda will be Roberto Medero, Sales Director for Europe and Asia, and Haley Zidik, Account Manager for U.S. and Canada.
Prior to joining AIC Hotel Group, Osegueda held a senior leadership position at a hotel company with all-inclusive properties in the Caribbean and Mexico. In 2024, she received recognition for her sales leadership with two awards from Marriott International.
AIC Hotel Group’s portfolio includes managed hotel brands such as Nobu Hotels, Hard Rock Hotels, AVA Resort and Spa, and the UNICO Collection. The company’s recent market activity includes opening new properties and introducing brands across several regions.
