During the Eid al-Fitr celebrations in the United Arab Emirates, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah emerged as the top hotel performers. Ajman achieved the highest hotel occupancy rate, surpassing 95%, while Ras Al Khaimah posted the highest average daily rate (ADR), exceeding AED 1,000. These figures were provided by real estate analytics provider CoStar.
On 31st March, occupancy levels across all UAE markets peaked, with Ajman recording the highest at 95.8%. The same night, Ras Al Khaimah posted the highest ADR and revenue per available room (RevPAR) levels at AED 1,184.36 and AED 1,100.43 respectively.
The northern emirates of Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah were exceptionally popular, reflecting their high occupancy levels.
