Some days call for an outfit that is equally comfortable and cute. Whether you’re working from home or you just want to lounge around, sometimes you want an outfit that looks put-together but is comfy to be in for hours. Since sweatpants and a hoodie don’t always scream, “stylish,” lounge sets are a nice option because you get the best of both worlds. Lucky for us, Aldi is dropping some “lux” lounge sets this week that are meant to be comfortable and stylish. Plus they look like similar styles by Cozy Earth and Free People that are up to almost 18 times the price.
From Feb. 5 to Feb. 11, Aldi is selling Serra Ultra Lux Lounge Sets for $14.99 in the Aldi Finds aisle of local U.S. stores (while quantities last). These sets come in two different styles and three different colors. All three sets have pockets and are pull-on drawstring pants that you can adjust.

Serra Ultra Lux Lounge Set, $14.99 at Aldi

The first style of these Aldi sets is a hooded top and jogger pants. This style comes in a soft black and a vibrant blue. The hooded top has drawstrings to adjust the opening of the hood. Both the top and joggers have banded cuffs and hems, which is what gives the joggers that tapered look people love.

The second style is a crewneck, long-sleeved top and straight-leg pants. The pants are open at the bottom, not cinched, and both the top and the bottoms have a thin seam at the cuffs and hems. The top is simple with a normal crew neckline. Both styles seem to be a looser fit, but not oversized.

Women’s Ultra-Soft Bamboo Wide Leg Pull-On Pant & Hoodie Set, $264 (originally $330) at Cozy Earth

As we mentioned before, these Aldi sets have a couple of lookalikes out there, including Cozy Earth’s Women’s Ultra-Soft Bamboo Wide Leg Pull-On Pant & Hoodie Set. This set is currently $264 (it was originally $330) and also comes with a top and bottom. This Cozy Earth set is similar to the black or blue Aldi lounge sets. They have a drawstring hoodie and come in similar colors. They also have banded cuffs.
The main difference, though, can be seen in the pants; they’re wide-leg as opposed to joggers or even straight-legged like the green pair at Aldi. They also don’t have a drawstring waist.
Hot Shot Hooded Set – FP Movement, $128 at Free People

The second lounge set that Aldi’s set looks like is Free People’s Hot Shot Hooded Set from their FP Movement collection. It’s currently $128 and comes in several different colors. The top on the Free People set has a hood without drawstrings and tight, tapered pants. They’re not described as leggings, but they definitely look like them.
The main difference here between the Aldi set and the Free People one is the style of the pants. Plus, the top is oversized and almost flowy with a chest pocket. But the general vibes are very similar and so are the colors.
If you’re in your lounge set era and want to try a pair out without spending an arm and a leg, Aldi’s Serra Ultra Lux Lounge Set might just be up your alley.
