Aldi's Colorful 4-Pack of Lidded Tumblers Are Perfect For Stylish Summer Sipping

16 May 20263 Mins Read

Not to get all, “Well back in my day…,” on you with tales from the ’80s, but, seriously, hasn’t 😋😋SIGN UP to get delicious recipes, handy kitchen hacks & more in our daily Pop Kitchen newsletter🍳🍔 come such a long way? Forget the oversized 40-ounce tumblers for a minute (though they are amazing), and just focus on the simple lidded can-style glasses that have kind of taken over our kitchen cabinets.

The trend didn’t just randomly appear out of nowhere, it really started with the rise of iced coffee culture and our collective obsession with making everyday drinks feel a little more aesthetic. The actual can-shaped glass design was inspired by classic beer can glasses, but things really shifted when small shops on Etsy and social media creators started giving them a glow-up with bamboo lids, reusable glass straws and cute custom designs. It gave your morning cold brew a whole new vibe.

Crofton 4 Pack Ombre Can Glasses, $6.99 at Aldi

Aldi’s Crofton 4 Pack Ombre Can Glasses

Aldi

Never ones to shy away from a trend, Aldi is selling the prettiest four-pack of ombre can glasses with matching bamboo lids and straws for $6.99. That’s roughly $1.75 per glass which makes for a pretty sweet deal. The glasses come in blue, pink, yellow and orange—just a really lovely assortment of colors (not to mention making it easier not to mix up your glass with someone else’s).

As cute as these can glasses are, they’re really meant for cold drinks only. Most are made from standard glass that can be sensitive to sudden temperature changes, so pouring in hot coffee or tea could cause cracking or even shattering. The bamboo lids also don’t love heat or excess moisture, which can lead to warping over time. Ultimately, they’re perfect for iced lattes, cold brew or matcha, but for anything steaming, it’s definitely smarter (and safer) to reach for a mug.

Head to Aldi right now for all kinds of seasonal finds, particularly fun stuff for your patio or outdoor space. There are the sweetest little fairy garden solar lights that add whimsy anywhere, and don’t even get me started on the portable hammock chair for easy summer relaxing. It jut feels like Aldi is looking out for everything ahead of the warm weather season to make sure you have just what you need to enjoy yourself.
