Ireland Baldwin, the daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger, is expecting her second child.
Baldwin, 30, who chronicles her life as a mom to daughter Holland on Instagram, shared that she and boyfriendRAC (real name André Allen Anjos) are set to welcome their second child. In a sweet reel that shows the couple adding another onesie and baby bottle to their current repertoire, as well as sonogram photos, it’s pretty clear they’re thrilled to have another little one in the mix.

Kim Basinger is Loving Life as a Grandmother
Basinger is likely particularly thrilled by the news that she has another grandchild on the way. The Oscar-winning actress, 72, who is notoriously reclusive these days, is loving life as a grandmother to Ireland’s daughter, Holland. In a photo carousel for Mother’s Day, Ireland shared a sweet video of Basinger in the second slide, jumping up and down on the trampoline with her granddaughter.
“love these moms and being one!” Baldwin captioned his photo carousel.

What Has Ireland Baldwin Said About Her Childhood?
Ireland Baldwin has reflected on growing up as the daughter of the former Hollywood duo on her Substack page. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a very joyful childhood.
“I grew up without two parents in my home and no siblings to turn to. I had a lonely childhood at times, which is why I grew up feeling like I needed to win over certain people in my own family,” she wrote in a post titled “30, Flirty, and Surviving.” “For whatever reason, their validation and praise was meaningful to me.”
As she looked forward to turning 30, Baldwin said there was a “lot less weight” on her shoulders, largely because she let go of “the need to continue to carry my narcissistic, unreliable, addict family members who I thought I needed in my life.”
Baldwin didn’t note which family members she was speaking about here. However, she certainly has plenty of famous faces in her family. In addition to her famous parents, her cousin is Hailey Bieber, and her uncles are Billy Baldwin,Danny Baldwin, and Stephen Baldwin.
“Nothing was more freeing than finally realizing how poisonous these people are,” she continued. “So I inch into my thirties with an understanding that this is how you break these cycles. My daughter doesn’t have to know these people and I can protect her from them. I can do my very best to construct my own idea of a family, piece by piece. And show how a real family treats one another.”
