Alec Ulnick Named Vice President of Acquisitions at Waramaug Hospitality

Waramaug Hospitality has announced the appointment of Alec Ulnick as Vice President of Acquisitions. In this role, Ulnick will be responsible for identifying and structuring new hotel investment opportunities that align with the company’s strategic growth plans. His responsibilities include sourcing potential investments, conducting underwriting processes, and managing transaction due diligence and execution.

Ulnick will collaborate with Waramaug’s executive leadership to assess deal flow and coordinate with brokers and sellers. His role is crucial in ensuring that the company’s investment strategies are effectively executed.

Ulnick has over ten years of experience in hospitality real estate, with a focus on acquisitions and investment management. Before joining Waramaug Hospitality, he worked at Peregrine Hospitality, where he was involved in acquisitions and portfolio strategy. His career also includes experience at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement, where he specialized in underwriting and asset management for institutional clients.

Ulnick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
