This change follows the planned retirement of Court Williams, who will step down from his role after serving as CEO for 12 years. Williams will continue to contribute to the firm as Chairman Emeritus, providing strategic guidance.
Sherman, who has been with HVS Executive Search for several years, previously led the Americas practice. In her new role, she will operate from both Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles, key locations for the hospitality industry. Her appointment is part of the firm’s strategy to continue its growth and strengthen its position in the global market.
The transition is designed to ensure continuity in leadership and support for the firm’s clients and team.
