All of Chipolo’s trackers are discounted right now, and when you use exclusive code THEVERGE10 on any of them, you can save a bit more. Bundles are the best value here; for example, a four-pack of Chipolo One Spot trackers is down to $56.70 (about $55 off) with all discounts applied, compared to $19.80 for a single one. You can also get a single Chipolo Card Spot for $26.10 (about $9 off). It offers the same functionality in a card-sized form factor designed to slip into a wallet.
The Android-specific Chipolo One Point and Chipolo Card Point are also on sale for roughly the same prices. They work the same, but designed for Google’s Find My Device network. You’ll get some exclusive features if you go for the original Chipolo One and Chipolo Card, which don’t support either platform’s Find My network but offer exclusive perks in Chipolo’s multiplatform app.
If you value having access to a bigger Find My network, you’ll want to skip the original Chipolo trackers and go for the Spot (iPhone) or Point (Android) varieties. Chipolo’s network has around five million users, opposed to the hundreds of millions on Androids and iPhones globally. However, the Find My versions don’t allow you to remotely trigger sounds on your phone, and the out-of-range notifications you can get for iPhone-specific trackers is a bit more limited compared to the original Chipolo One (the Google Find My version doesn’t support them at all). None of the trackers support ultra wideband for up-to-the-inch precision finding like AirTags, by the way, so you’ll want to bypass these entirely if that’s important to you.
