All the free-to-attend job fairs coming to Metro Vancouver this spring and summer

Ready to start a new chapter in your career or kickstart it in a new direction? A handful of job fairs are happening across Metro Vancouver this spring and summer, and all are completely free to attend. Whether you’re fresh out of school or exploring new opportunities in your field, job fairs are a great way to connect with hiring managers directly and reduce the stress and pressure of job searching.

Polish your resumes and get ready to put yourself out there — here are six job fairs coming to Metro Vancouver.

A range of job opportunities awaits at the Vancouver Downtown Career Expo on Saturday, May 31, 2025. Tickets are free to secure, so ensure you RSVP to this one.

When: Saturday, May 31, 2025
Where: 1075 West Georgia, Buzz 2650
Cost: Free admission

While not technically a hiring fair, this event is a great opportunity to learn how to make your applications stand out from the rest, especially in these trying times. Hosted by The Career Accelerators, the event focuses on recent tech layoffs and the ever-changing landscape of the tech job market, going over common mistakes, hidden opportunities, and networking secrets.

When: Saturday, May 24, 2025, and Saturday, June 21, 2025
Where: Online
Cost: Free admission

At the next Vancouver Career Fair and Training Expo, you’ll have the opportunity to explore tons of exciting career options and speak with on-site training exhibitors about how to earn the credentials and diplomas needed to land your ideal job.

This upcoming fair will include the following exhibiting employers (and more): BC Centre for Excellence, British Columbia Institute of Technology, CF Canada Financial, Embark, International Alliance Group, Langara College, Support Worker Central, The North West Company, Visual College of Art and Design (VCAD), and WOW! mobile boutique.

This career fair is a fantastic option if you want to connect with top employers in the areas of Government, Sales, Retail, Education, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare, Financial Services, Management, Manufacturing, and Customer Service, according to the event page.

The Vancouver Young Volunteer Association is hosting a job fair and an array of wellness activations at the Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre on June 28, 2025. Here, visitors can connect with hiring managers as well as take advantage of world dance and music workshops, outdoor yoga, and an origami workshop.

From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2025, the 20th Anniversary PICS Mega Job Fair is taking over the North Surrey Sport & Ice Complex with over 100 hiring exhibitors to check out. One of the largest of its kind in the Lower Mainland, the event sees thousands of attendees.
