On the bridge north of San Celeste
At the farm northeast of Pasquale’s Store. Walk towards the front door, then look left.
Inside the ruin next to Lago Efesto.
Look for the small ruin next to the bridge between Villa Torrisi and Pasquale’s Store. It’s above the lower door, on the west side.
Go to the farm southwest of Villa Torrisi. It’s on the large gate accessible from the back garden (where the well is).
On a shack far east of San Celeste.
In the old ruin just north of San Celeste. It’s on the ground, next to the well.
On the southwestern border of San Celeste, next to a statue.
Inside Enzo’s apartment, near the dining table.
In the middle of San Celeste, on a bench next to a lady.
On a farm just west of San Celeste. Find it on the eastern wall.
East of Villa Torrisi, on an old farmhouse.
Southeast of Villa Torrisi, on a building in the middle of the tiny village.
It’s on a lone farmhouse southeast of San Celeste.
At the double farmhouse northeast of Torrisi, look towards the northernmost building from the south.

On the road northwest of the Temple of Aphrodite, look for the cave entrance. The Trinacria is at the end of the tunnel.
On the pillar directly north of the fast travel point at the Temple of Aphrodite.

On the temple that lies in the curve. You’ll see it if you approach from the east.
Follow the main road north of the Temple of Aphrodite, and you’ll see a tripod with a Trinacria hanging from a rope.

Driving east from Porto Almaro, you will see a small building on a cliff. The Trinacria is on the other side (seaside).

In Porto Almaro, go to the Galante Warehouse. North of the Warehouse, use the stairs to the higher level to find a bench with a Trinacria.

In Porto Almare, take the northern road and walk down onto the terrace overlooking the bay (pass through the open gates).
In Porto Almaro, take the narrow staircase on the northwest side of town, then climb up the hill to find the old ruin with the Trinacria.

At the previous Trinacria location, descend the narrow staircase, walk towards the beach, and walk up the first set of stairs to the right. The Trinacria is on the building, seaside.
It’s on the stone bridge north of Pasquale’s Gas Station.

It’s at the tannery, on a building on the west side.
On a blue box lying in the stream. You can jump down.
Look for the southeastern house in Collezolfo. It’s in front of the door, up the stairs.
It’s at the crossing west of Pasquale’s Store.
Inside the ruin northeast of the Fontanella fast travel point. Enter from the south, and it’ll be on the wall to your right.
Take the northern road towards the Collezolfo Sulfur Mine. It’s on a farmhouse along the road, on the western wall.
