Following the success of its inaugural season, the show returned for Season 2 on February 9, 2024, establishing a consistent winter release pattern with Season 3 arriving on January 10, 2025, and Season 4 on January 9, 2026. Most recently, the highly anticipated Season 5 made its way to the platform on April 17, 2026.
In terms of viewership, the series has proven to be a consistent global hit for Netflix. Its first season spent three weeks in the Global Top 10, racking up 44.9 million viewing hours and 8 million completed views. Season 2 followed up with another three weeks on the charts, logging 30.5 million viewing hours and 5.1 million views. The momentum continued with Season 3, which accumulated 23.8 million viewing hours across two weeks in the Top 10, and Season 4, which had the longest stay yet—four weeks in the global charts—while generating 24.3 million viewing hours and 6.8 million views. According to Netflix’s biannual engagement reports, the earlier seasons also continue to draw impressive long-term viewership, demonstrating the comedy’s staying power on the platform.
Following the return of season 5, the series has returned to the daily top 10s across 30 countries, with Spain naturally the country where it is doing best, having gone straight to number 1. As of the time of publishing, the series has now spent 189 days in the Netflix Spain top 10s.
