Choice Hotels International has announced the appointment of Aly El-Bassuni as the Senior Vice President of its Managed Hotels Division. In this new role, El-Bassuni will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and operations of Choice Hotels’ managed properties. His focus will be on optimizing performance and enhancing guest experiences.
El-Bassuni brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Before joining Choice Hotels, he served as President of Operations, Owner & Brand Relations at Aimbridge Hospitality. His career also includes senior roles at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Radisson Hotel Group Americas.
The appointment is part of Choice Hotels’ ongoing efforts to strengthen its managed hotels segment. El-Bassuni’s leadership will be instrumental in driving long-term growth and operational excellence within the division.
