Ambros Daytona has joined Wyndham’s Trademark Collection as its first property in Daytona Beach, following its opening in January 2026.
The Ambros Daytona Hotel on Atlantic Avenue in Daytona Beach has joined Wyndham’s Trademark Collection as the portfolio’s first property in the city. The hotel opened in January 2026 in the area known as “The Shores.” It offers 50 rooms and suites in two categories: Queen rooms averaging 325 square feet and King Family Suites ranging from 325 to 500 square feet. Several accommodations include kitchenettes, and some rooms provide full ocean views.
The hotel occupies a three-story structure originally built in the 1960s. The building’s exterior remains unchanged, preserving its architectural design as a beachside inn. The interior has been renovated with a new seawall, parking lot, pool, and pool deck, along with decorative railings, landscaping, and lighting. The property features an outdoor swimming pool with sunloungers and daybeds, and The Counter, a poolside café serving light refreshments, wine, beer, and coastal fare.
Developed by Louis S. Caiola, Graham Jones, and Gregory Jones, Ambros Daytona features custom interior elements, including an “Ambros Cool Blanche” color palette and “Greek Villa” hues on the ceilings. Murals in the rooms were created by local artist Christopher Nebel, inspired by the artistic style found in Lenny Kravitz’s Brazilian home. The property uses a signature scent, Apotheke White Vetiver, in diffusers, room sprays, and bath amenities.
