American Pickers fans got a kick out of Mike Wolfe‘s latest photo with his co-star, Jon Szalay.
On March 11, Wolfe took to Instagram with a picture of himself and “Jersey Jon” facing away from the camera while walking on a wet street and sharing an umbrella.

Although Szalay looked like he was just trying to stay dry, Wolfe floated in the air, seemingly mid-jump while doing a heel click.
“This is why @jsrestore and I work so well together,” he captioned the update. “He keeps me grounded and I lift him up. @americanpickers on @history.”

In the comments, American Pickers clearly enjoyed the playful snap of Wolfe and Szalay.
One person wrote, “This photo 😍 A magic moment.”
Another pointed out, “You’re both very enthusiastic pickers.👏🏻,” while someone else commented, “Two legends 😎.”
Some thought the photo gave off Mary Poppins vibes with the floating umbrella.
One Instagram user shared, “Well chim chiminy chim chiminy chim chim charoo Mikey Poppins!”
Another echoed, “Micheal Poppins 😂👏.”
Others thought of the 1952 musical Singin’ in the Rain.
“‘Pickin in the Rain’🤣,” one joked.
“Which one is Gene Kelly,” another wondered,” as a third exclaimed, “Just singing in the rain! 🌧️.”

In November, Wolfe confirmed Season 27 of American Pickers was on its way—so it’s likely that he and Szalay took the photo on one of their picking excursions.
More recently, he announced his new show on the History Channel, History’s Greatest Picks With Mike Wolfe. Over eight 60-minute episodes, viewers will follow the American Pickers star as he “dives into the stories behind legendary treasures, relics and artifacts from across history.”
