She’s here! Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Mayci Neeley announced the birth of her third child over the weekend, a daughter welcomed with her husband Jacob Neeley. The 30-year-old shared photos on Instagram, along with the caption, “Our girl is here and our hearts are so full.”

Before this little girl’s arrival, Mayci was already a mom of two — Harlow, 4, whom she shares with Jacob, and Hudson, 9, from a previous relationship.
The Hulu star also shared a video revealing that her latest addition came via planned c-section. Her co-star and best friend Mikayla Matthews (who also just gave birth to a daughter earlier this month!) commented, “This was so peaceful … the way my birth vlog is the complete opposite of this hahahah.”

This is the third birth in July for the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives moms, after Season 2 revealed the multiple pregnancies. Mayci, Mikayla, and also Jen Affleck all had baby daughters born in July 2025.

Mayci also revealed in Season 2 that she and her husband used IVF to conceive, but didn’t tell their family and friends until after so that they could keep the pregnancy a surprise. Since then, she has been extremely open about using fertility treatments, even sharing a Reel on Instagram titled, “Our IVF journey from February 2022 – June 2025.”

Mayci hasn’t revealed her sweet baby girl’s name publicly, but she already has a tight-knit group of aunties waiting to meet her in person. Mayci’s co-stars flocked to the comments to welcome the latest Secret Lives of Mormon Wives addition.
Taylor Frankie Paul wrote, “She’s here 🥹,” and Whitney Leavitt added, “She’s perfect 💕🥹 congrats you two!” Jen Affleck and Mikayla Matthews wrote that they can’t wait for a newborn playdate, with Jen writing, “Penny and I can’t wait to meet her 🥹💗,” and Mikayla sharing, “She’s so perfect 🥹💖 me and Lottie are ready for a play date.”
Congrats to Mayci and her new family of five! We can’t wait to watch it all unfold even more on Season 3.
