Love all things Apple? The tech giant is hiring for retail roles across Canada, and they’re looking to fill part-time, full-time, and temporary positions. Here’s what to know.
Put your knowledge to work and apply to be one of Apple’s Specialists. The company released a job posting this week, seeking to expand its roster with people who not only desire to work in customer service but also want to be part of the “only-at-Apple” experience.
“As a Specialist, you build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You’re dedicated to selling and delivering a customer service experience that is unlike any other,” shared the company.
What to know before applying
Like any retail job, you must have availability. That means working nights, weekends, and public holidays may be required depending on where you’re located.
If you have previous experience in customer service, that’s a plus. But of course, working at Apple you should know a thing or two about their products and services. Be prepared.
This is an open job posting, so when you apply online, you can find your city and click on the location that you would like to work for.
Per the website, there are five stores in British Columbia that are hiring, four in Alberta, and 12 in Ontario.
Pay and benefits
According to Apple, an employee’s base pay will depend on their skills, qualifications, experience, and location. So a set amount is not disclosed.
As for benefits, employees have the chance to be an Apple shareholder through Apple Inc.’s discretionary employee stock programs, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, discounted products and free services. And if you’re looking to further educate yourself to advance your Apple career, they offer reimbursement for certain educational expenses, including tuition.
If we had you at “love all things Apple?” then you know what to do. Apply online here.
Good luck and show ’em what you got.
