The Arena Group Holdings Inc. (NYSE American: AREN), a brand, data and IP company that builds, acquires and scales digital assets, is home to brands including Parade, TheStreet, Men’s Journal, Athlon Sports, ShopHQ, TravelHost and the Adventure Sports Network, including Surfer and Powder.
The Travel Adventure Network, or TAN, is an online travel platform that provides detailed traveler information on thousands of adventure packages, hotels and real estate opportunities. The platform connects users with curated, experience-driven travel destinations and provides booking services.

The Arena Group, I-dentity Group and Enjoy Hospitality Group are partnering to launch the first resort under the Adventure Sports Network, or ASN, banner in Cap Cana. Enjoy Hospitality Group will operate the Cap Cana resort and holds the exclusive Caribbean license for TAN Resorts.
The all-suite property will be located in Downtown Cap Cana’s waterfront entertainment district and will include guestrooms and residences, four dining venues, three bars and three swimming pools. The property will provide a complimentary shuttle to Juanillo Beach and access to Downtown Cap Cana’s international restaurants, retail boutiques, attractions and amenities.
