St. Albert Dinner Theatre is excited to announce auditions for Beehive the 60’s Musical by Larry Gallagher
Directed by Caitlin Tywoniuk
Musical Direction by Dalton Bryce Terhorst
Choreography by Sabrina Thievin
Produced by Donna Beeston
Beehive celebrates the iconic and powerful female voices of the 1960s with such timeless hits as “It’s My Party,” “You Don’t Own Me,” “Son of a Preacher Man,” and “Proud Mary.” Told through the perspective of six women, Beehive is a nonstop, energetic musical that takes us through the dramatic changes of the era.
We are committed to authentic representation and encourage actors to express their interest in feminine presenting roles that align with their personal lived experiences, but not limited to BIPOC, cultural specificity, disability, LGBTQ+ identities, or religious affiliations. Participants must be 16 years or older.
Production Dates: November 6-8, 13-15 & 20-22, 2025
There will be initial rehearsals from August 4-15, 2025, TBD. Regular rehearsals will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday through September and October. Technical rehearsals in November are mandatory.
