Austin Pruett has been named general manager of the Martinique New York on Broadway, Curio Collection by Hilton, a 504-room property. Pruett will oversee all aspects of hotel operations at this location.
Prior to this appointment, Pruett served as general manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Jersey City, which has 198 rooms. During his tenure at that property, the hotel received the 2025 “Genius of the AND” award, an internal Hilton recognition for high-performing hotels.
Earlier in his career, Pruett held positions including interim general manager, complex hotel manager, and complex director of finance at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown Capitol and Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown South Congress. In these roles, he was responsible for operational management across both properties.
Pruett holds a degree in business administration from Indian River State College. He is a member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s General Manager Committee.
