Avani+ Fujairah Resort to Open 2028 in the United Arab Emirates

Developed in collaboration with Al Fahim, the resort will be the first Avani-branded resort in the emirate of Fujairah. It will feature 232 hotel rooms and 16 villas.

Minor Hotels has announced the addition of Avani+ Fujairah Resort to its portfolio. This marks the introduction of the Avani brand in the emirate of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates. The resort is planned to open in 2028.

The new resort forms part of Minor Hotels’ strategic expansion in the UAE, reflecting the group’s commitment to grow the Avani portfolio in key regional tourism destinations.

The beachfront resort, situated on Fujairah’s eastern coastline along the Gulf of Oman, will include 232 modern hotel rooms and 16 large villas ranging from three to five bedrooms. The accommodation options, designed to cater to families and couples, offer unique features such as private pools and direct lagoon access, setting it apart in the local hospitality landscape.

The Avani+ Fujairah Resort, developed in partnership with Al Fahim, expands on the successful relationship between Minor Hotels and the UAE-based conglomerate, following the opening of Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites. Through its hospitality investment arm, Emirates Property Investment Company (EPICO), Al Fahim continues contributing to the growth and innovation in the UAE’s real estate and hospitality sectors.

The Avani+ Fujairah Resort will offer a variety of dining and leisure facilities, including an AvaniSpa, a rooftop grill restaurant, a poolside bar and restaurant, an all-day dining destination, and The Pantry, Avani’s grab-and-go concept.

Additional amenities will include a fitness and wellness centre, a swimming pool, and dedicated facilities for kids and teenagers. There will also be meeting rooms and function space for business and leisure travellers.
