AvantStay will expand its hotel portfolio with the opening of Sense28 in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood in March 2026.
AvantStay is set to open a new hotel, Sense28, in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood in March 2026. The hotel will feature 52 units, including one- and two-bedroom suites, each equipped with full kitchens.
Additional amenities will include a pool deck, fitness center, on-site garage parking, and a staffed lobby. The hotel will also offer contactless check-in and check-out options, as well as concierge services.
The location at 329 NE 28th St was chosen for its proximity to Miami’s cultural and creative hubs. The hotel is designed to accommodate group travel and extended stays, offering residential-style accommodations. This development follows AvantStay’s previous expansion efforts in Nashville with The Gilmore.
Sense28 aims to deliver a residential experience through spacious layouts and tech-enabled services. The opening is part of AvantStay’s strategy to expand into urban markets.
