The interior design of the hotel was executed by CPD Studio, a firm based in Southern California. The design incorporates mid-century silhouettes and modern coastal textures, including striped wallpaper, gingham upholstery, and custom oak furnishings. The lobby features green-and-white marble floors, arched details, and brushed brass accents.
Guestrooms are equipped with Bellino Italian linens, robes by Simone Fan, and Kiehl’s bath amenities. The hotel also emphasizes sustainability with features such as refillable glass carafes and compostable containers. A Beach Concierge service is available to arrange personalized beach setups for guests, including chairs, umbrellas, and coolers.
The hotel includes two rooftop areas, The Penny and The Pearl, which offer views of the harbor and ocean. These spaces are designed for activities such as yoga and lounging during the day, and they serve as venues for gatherings in the evening.
An all-day café is located at street level, serving espresso and pastries, as well as Mediterranean-inspired salads and sandwiches. The café is intended to be a local gathering spot for both guests and residents.
