Beware that you still need to purchase the Whaler Outfit at the Treasure Dealer in Great Inagua, at coordinates (816, 448).
First, you must complete the “This Old Cove” quest and rebuild the Treasure Dealer. Once that’s done, the outfit will cost you two killer whale skins and two humpback whale skins.
