Brand-new Toronto building with four homes selling for under $4 million

Toronto’s housing market doesn’t exactly have a great track record when it comes to offering options between cramped condos and million-dollar detached homes.

But a new development in the Upper Beaches is trying to change that, and they’re doing it with serious style.
