Brave New World is an upcoming South Korean romantic-comedy fantasy series directed by Han Tae Seob (Cheer Up). The series will air on the South Korean television network SBS (Seoul Broadcasting System.
When is Brave New World coming to Netflix?
At the time of writing, Brave New World has not been officially confirmed for a Netflix release. However, the incredibly reliable X user @ggonigone has posted that the drama will come to Netflix.

Taking into consideration Netflix’s deal with SBS, we’ll be seeing plenty of the latest SBS K-dramas exclusively on Netflix outside of South Korea. Brave New World has been confirmed for a 2026 release.
There will be a total of 14 episodes, and new episodes will be released on Fridays and Saturdays.
What is the plot of Brave New World?
Sin Seo Ri is an actress who becomes possessed by the spirit of a notorious Joseon-era femme fatale with a harsh personality. She was once a royal concubine, held the highest rank, and was known and widely respected throughout Korea. However, she was sentenced to death by poison, and found her soul transported to the 21st Century.
Who are the cast members of Brave New World?
Im Ji Yeon, Heo Nam Jun, Jang Seung Jo, and Lee Se Hee are the lead cast of Brave New World.

Im Ji Yeon plays Sen Seo Ri and Kang Dan Sim. The actress is most well-known for starring as Park Yeon Jun in The Glory and as “Seoul” in the Korean adaptation of Money Heist. Outside of Netflix, she has starred in Nice Not to Meet You, The Tale of Lady Ok and The Killing Vote.
Heo Nam Jun plays Cha Se Gye. The actor has starred in several Netflix titles such as The Dream Life of Mr. Kim, When the Stars Gossip, and Sweet Home seasons 2 and 3.
Jang Seung Jo plays Choi Mun Do. The actor has starred in Netflix projects such as As You Stood By, The Frog, and Chocolate.
Lee Se Hee plays Yun Ji Hyo. The actress also starred in The Dream Life of Mr Kim and in Netflix titles such as A Virtuous Business, Hospital Playlist, My Roommate Is a Gumiho, and Live On.
The supporting cast members are Chae Seo An and Kim Min Seok.
