Giddy up and get out! The Stampede is just around the corner, and businesses big and small are saddling up for the big event. Who would’ve guessed that among all the brands two-stepping their way to Calgary, Shein would be on the list?
Stampede-ready on a budget
Described as the “ultimate stop for Stampede outfit prep,” Shein will soon open a massive pop-up that features western-wear and accessories just in time for the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth.
A Calgary first, Shein’s introductory experience will give shoppers the chance to see the brand up close and personal without having to place an order.
Interested? It all kicks off on July 2 to 13 at CrossIron Mills Mall in the former Puma location.
Whether you’re looking for dresses, fringe, or denim pieces, there’s a good chance you’ll find something worth buying among the racks, but stay alert because these items will sell quickly.
If you’re on the fence about something, you can always cross your fingers that it’s up to 30 per cent off.
According to the company, in-store perks like tiered discounts, exclusive gifts with purchase, and limited-time promotions will be available, and might be enough to change your mind.
“With a multi-category platform and inclusive sizing, SHEIN offers fashion that blends style with functionality, catering to a broad range of shoppers,” they wrote in an email to Curiocity.
“Shoppers can expect to browse and shop from collections such as Dazy, Emery Rose, SHEIN MOD, Westfade, Musera, Anewsta, ROMWE, and SHEGLAM, all curated in dedicated spaces to reflect diverse style personalities.”
If you want to check it out, come with an eagle-eyed friend and don’t be late!
Every day of the event, the first 100 shoppers who post from the pop-up on Instagram or TikTok will receive a custom-designed Calgary tote bag, which was created in collaboration with local artist Irene Neyman.
It’s going to be a Wild Western event, Calgary, so get set.
You never know what you might find.
