Cambria Hotels has announced the opening of four new properties in Templeton, California; Tampa, Florida; Plymouth, Massachusetts; and Portland, Oregon.
Cambria Hotels, part of Choice Hotels International, has expanded its presence in the United States with the opening of four new properties. The new hotels are located in Templeton, California; Tampa, Florida; Plymouth, Massachusetts; and Portland, Oregon. This expansion is part of Cambria’s strategy to increase its footprint in key national markets.
The Cambria Hotel Templeton is situated in California’s wine country, near Paso Robles. The 132-room hotel is powered by solar energy and offers experiences such as ziplining and horseback riding through a partnership with Margarita Ranch. This marks Cambria’s fourth hotel in California.
In Tampa, Florida, the Cambria Hotel Tampa has opened with 104 rooms. The hotel is positioned as a convenient option for travelers planning to embark on cruises, offering a package that includes breakfast and parking. This is Cambria’s fifth property in Florida.
The Cambria Hotel Plymouth in Massachusetts features 107 rooms and is located near landmarks such as Plymouth Rock and Cape Cod National Seashore. The hotel includes meeting space for up to 120 attendees and offers pet-friendly accommodations. This is the third Cambria hotel in Massachusetts.
Portland, Oregon, is now home to Cambria’s first property in the state. The Cambria Hotel Portland has 178 rooms and nearly 1,400 square feet of meeting space. It is located in the Pearl District, providing access to local shops, bars, and restaurants.
Cambria Hotels continues to expand its portfolio with nearly 60 additional properties in development, including anticipated openings in Times Square, New York, and Fort Worth, Texas. The brand is also planning to open its first Canadian property in Thunder Bay, Ontario, next year.
These developments are part of Choice Hotels International’s broader strategy to grow its upscale portfolio, which currently includes over 110,000 rooms globally, with nearly 29,000 more in development.
