Canada’s largest festival of all things Brazil is coming to Toronto

Canada’s largest Brazilian festival is set to bring vibrant energy to a popular Toronto neighbourhood for an entire weekend of music, food, and celebration. Here’s everything you need to know about BrazilFest.

Mark your calendars for July 19 and 20, as the festival will showcase the rich colours, captivating rhythms, and mouthwatering flavours of Brazil.”

The celebration will take place at Earlscourt Park starting at noon and will run until 11 p.m. on both days.

Get ready for a lively showcase of Brazilian culture from savoury feijoada to sweet brigadeiros. Plus, there will be nonstop entertainment that will transport you straight to the heart of Brazil, no passport required.

“From the dreams and plans of a Brazilian from Minas Gerais, Arilda de Oliveira, a project filled with innovation and challenges was born: to bring and share a bit of Brazilian culture in Toronto,” shares organizers.

“Twenty years later, BrazilFest has evolved into the largest Brazilian cultural festival in Canada. Each year, we open our hearts to the community, providing amazing days filled with music, gastronomy, and one of the world’s most vibrant and charming cultures.”

Thousands are expected to hit up the festival this year, and over 50 vendors and exhibitors will be in attendance.
