Canada’s Wonderland is getting a horrifying new immersive experience for Halloween Haunt

11 August 20253 Mins Read

Canada’s Wonderland is turning up the fear factor for this year’s Halloween Haunt. Experience the thrilling, new immersive attraction, The Conjuring: Beyond Fear, starting this September. Here’s what you need to know.

Don’t you just love it when you get the biggest scare of your life, and it feels as if your soul has left your body? No? Just us?

That’s exactly how we feel every year at Halloween Haunt. With its terrifying scare zones and haunting mazes, what isn’t there to love? But this year, not only are we looking forward to getting the spook knocked out of us, but we’re ready to check out the newest attraction – The Conjuring: Beyond Fear

What is the new Halloween Haunt attraction?

What they call a SCREAMium experience will have guests navigate iconic scenes from New Line Cinema’s The Conjuring Universe to lock away cursed artifacts before supernatural chaos is unleashed.

Your nightmares will come to life with spooky appearances by The Nun, The Crooked Man, and The Ferryman. They will race to restore order and lock Annabelle back in her secure box or risk catastrophic consequences for the living realm.

Expect state-of-the-art effects, screen-to-scream environments, and a series of interactive challenges in a 20-minute experience.

When is Halloween Haunt?

Are you as ready as we are? Halloween Haunt will take place on select nights from Sept. 27 to Nov. 1. This year will feature six haunted mazes, seven immersive scare zones, and thrilling night rides too.

And, for the first time ever, the event will now be included with all park tickets and Season Passes. You won’t need to buy a separate ticket.

Here’s the breakdown of what’s new:

  • A single fall admission will give guests daytime and nighttime park access, including events Camp Spooky, Oktoberfest and Halloween Haunt.
    • On weekends in the fall, the park will be open from morning to night without a break in between.
    • Those seeking night rides, scare zones, and live entertainment get regular admission
  • Haunted mazes will only be accessible to guests with the purchase of a Haunted Attraction Pass.
    • If you want to be scared, buy this pass

It’s important to note that The Conjuring: Beyond Fear is not included with the Haunted Attractions Pass and is an extra-charge experience.

Will you be taking on this new experience? We sure will!
