Choice Hotels Unveils Redesigned Everhome Suites Prototype

Choice Hotels International has introduced a newly redesigned prototype for its Everhome Suites brand, featuring updated layouts, increased capacity, and operational enhancements.

Choice Hotels International has announced the debut of a redesigned prototype for its Everhome Suites brand. The new design was developed in collaboration with developers, operators, general contractors, architects, and suppliers. According to the company, the prototype was created in response to evolving market conditions, rising construction costs, and shifting guest expectations.

The redesigned Everhome Suites prototype is based on three stated priorities: reducing construction costs, improving operational efficiency, and elevating the guest experience. The company reports that refined layouts and material efficiencies reduce average development costs per room by approximately 13% compared to the previous prototype. Design enhancements are intended to streamline operations and support lean staffing models. The prototype also features apartment-style suites with full kitchens, flexible workspaces, and contemporary design elements.

The new prototype increases capacity to approximately 120 suites. Everhome Suites currently has 27 hotels open and approximately 40 properties in the development pipeline. The prototype was developed in collaboration with BRR Architecture, the architect of record for Choice Hotels’ extended stay brands.

The company stated that the first groundbreakings for the new prototype are expected in the coming months. Everhome Suites is part of Choice Hotels’ extended stay portfolio, which includes four brands. The redesigned prototype is intended to be scalable across markets.
