Chris Ascari Joins Noble Investment Group as Finance Director

Noble Investment Group has appointed Chris Ascari as Director of Finance to enhance its corporate finance initiatives.

Noble Investment Group has announced the appointment of Chris Ascari as Director of Finance. Ascari will be responsible for leading corporate finance initiatives that support the firm’s investment platforms. He joins Noble with nearly 15 years of experience in real estate finance, having previously worked at EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Real Estate group.

Ascari’s role will involve overseeing valuations, due diligence, and strategic advisory engagements. His experience includes managing transaction volumes exceeding $50 billion across various real estate asset classes and investor types. Ascari holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Virginia. He is also a licensed CPA and accredited in business valuation.

Noble Investment Group focuses on expanding its institutional investment strategies and sees Ascari’s appointment as a step towards strengthening its capabilities in this area. The company aims to continue its growth in the travel and hospitality real estate sector, where it has invested over $6 billion across the United States.
