Cinnamon Beach Vacations, a property management company based in Flagler County, has announced that its rental properties are now listed on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy platform. This development allows the company to offer its properties to a wider audience through Marriott’s established booking system.
The Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy platform features over 180,000 whole home rentals in more than 10,000 destinations globally. Properties listed on the platform are required to meet Marriott International’s standards for regulation, design, and amenities. Cinnamon Beach Vacations’ properties underwent a review process before being added to the platform to ensure compliance with these standards.
This partnership enables Cinnamon Beach Vacations to provide its homeowners with increased visibility and the potential to attract new visitors to the Hammock and the greater Flagler Coast area. The properties include homes and condos in various locations, with many situated near the ocean.
Guests booking through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy platform can earn and redeem points through the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program. The platform also offers services such as 24/7 support, 24-hour check-in options, high-speed Wi-Fi, premium bed linens and towels, kitchen essentials, and professional cleaning services.
